I didn't receive credit for a purchase.

If you think you didn't get credit for a purchase, first check the following:

  1. Was your purchase made at an eligible store?
  2. Did your purchase include at least one eligible item (i.e., Walmart doesn't allow cash back on groceries and some other product categories)?

Once you're sure you made an eligible purchase, forward the order confirmation email you received from the online store to the following email address: support@wildlink.me

Once we receive your order confirmation email, you will receive a link to the form to fill out to apply for compensation. It is worth noting that our compensation policy may change.
